Mental health is an essential part of your healthcare
Being a counselor is not just a job to me, it is who I am as a person. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which requires extensive additional training and experience. I have found this to be transformative for many people.
I specialize in treating people who have experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety and/or depression, are experiencing grief from significant loss, or are having difficulty adjusting to a major life change. I believe that it is a privilege to help people navigate some of life's most difficult times.
